Healing intensives for individuals, leaders, families and groups

“Deep healing and restoration for your Self, your Ancestors and your Culture”

Self healing mechanism of all living things

At Asheville Vitality we make space for and support the self healing principle inherent in all living systems.

Being present with the body

“Together we explore how the symptoms of trauma and transgressions show up in your body, lineage workplace and community.”

Our time together creates a coherent container which invites a surfacing of your more fragmented parts. Our combined awareness helps digest, integrate and heal those parts.

This Body Informed Healing work is Inspired and informed by Sacred Wisdom Traditions and the Timeless teachings of the Mystery Schools

Jane Stoloff Arzt and Scott Ligertwood

Jane spent 25 years in practice in California as a chiropractor, specializing in a model emphasizing integration, personal growth, and potential. She has embedded herself inbody informed trauma and spiritual work for over 30 years. In 2013 she began studying with Thomas Hubl. This work offered insights to questions she had been walking with for many years. She then developed the latest version of her work, along with her husband Scott, to include spinal work, personal trauma integration and ancestral healing.

She grew up in Newton, Massachusetts, and attended Washington University in St. Louis, and Life West Chiropractic College in Northern California. She raised three daughters in Berkeley, and in April 2022 she and Scott relocated to Asheville, NC.

Scott, originally from Glasgow, Scotland has been inspired and informed by the wisdom traditions and mystery schools for over 30 years. Before working in the healing arts, Scott entertained children and families in Asia with a unique blend of music, comedy and fun. He has been supporting Thomas Hübl’s in person and online trainings since 2017.

Together Jane and Scott create a powerful and transformative healing field inviting the light of your true potential while bearing witness to the trauma burdens that inform us.
